Independence Electoral Commission has announces tomorrow been sunday 29th Jan. as the deadline of the permanent voters cards collection which it’s going to revert back to the local government offices. As a citizen and you have not collect you PVCs try as much as possible to collect it today been saturday or sunday which is the deadline.
